Funny, easy to read and inspiring. Exciting. Relatable and fascinating. This is a well written book of a normal guy, travelling to amazing places and encountering the weird and wonderful. A refreshing tale of travelling that demonstrates the normality of drama and problems. A breath of fresh air in comparison to some of the polished and posed insta-perfect portrayals. Loved the book! I hope there is a sequel with Harri featuring more.

Insightful storytelling Written with plenty of character, Travel Escapades gives a taste of what can go wrong when travelling, but also why it has captured Edwards’ interest – it offers experiences you can’t have by staying at home. It is bound to inspire those with a thirst for adventure who go out looking for stories to tell. But parents shouldn’t be worried buying it for their teenage children planning gap years – travelling doesn’t have to be this extreme!
