handy for city break Bought this for city break in Feb 2019, as it had only been published weeks before so I was confident it would be up to date. Excellent and informative guide, we used section called “4 perfect days” and walking routes to plan our itineraries. If you are mobile enough, on foot is definitely best way to see lisbon, using public transport to get from point to point. Dont expect the exhaustive descriptions of history and culture you get in the full guides, but at 10.5 x 15cm this is easy to carry…
A great little book! First of all, this book is the perfect size. It easily fits in a handbag or a backpack, or a coat pocket. It also has walking tours broken out for each district so that you don’t miss anything . I had an idea of things I wanted to do, but mainly I was walking around and exploring – so having this in my handbag when I wanted to see what was near or perhaps find somewhere was lunch was great!
Take a copy with you! Perfect. Good advice, perfect size and included a map. Definitely worth taking this on your trip.
