Well written engaging insightful Bought for my not avid reading 13yr old son, he read a couple of snippets on its arrival and said seems ok I’ll take it on holiday 5 day city break. He read it at the airport, when I was getting showered morning evening and finished it on the homward journey. He also gave me lots of ‘helpful advice’ about how to handle his upcoming mood swings or behaviour

Brilliant – informative and very funny! This is a really useful book – not just for teenagers, but for their parents too. It might make you cringe a bit when you recognise the awfully unhelpful things you might have said to your teens(!) but it also explains exactly WHY they behave the way they do and how they can help themselves. I work a lot with teens and their parents – I’d recommend this book to all of them.
