Great book for children moving up to secondary school! My 11 year old has been having some wobbles transitioning through to secondary school. We found this book online. He is a proper bookworm, and with conversations struggling between us (parents don’t understand scenario) felt he might absorb advice better through reading this.
Excellent book for teens My niece loved this book. She said it was very relatable and is relevant to younger adults. I would highly recommend this for teenagers and it helps parents etc to understand what their teenagers are going through because we all think differently but this book relates beautifully to teenagers nowadays.
Easy read for teenagers I am a therapist for children and teenagers, so I read a lot about mental health and the teenage brain. This had some nice general information about being a teenager. I enjoyed reading about characters strengths and the exercise around this. It’s something I might use within therapy. Lots of links to resources and research articles too which I like.
