Dopamine diet it works This book inspired me, I’ve lost 4 & 1/2 stone jn 10 months. This book is inspirational and it works! Definitely worth a read.The principal of the dopamine diet is rasy tofollow and adapt to using a low carb diet.

Life Changing for Weight Watchers OMG! Where to start. This book could be a life changer. My husband and I are currently working our way through this book and loving the food. It’s low carb higher fat which is a very different approach for me but the food is so satisfying it may well be the way we eat for life. Love it Tom is wonderful and the recipes are great in this book. Its a shame he had to cave to the pressure of doing a low calorie cook book to follow this one because its hard to get the British public to accept low fat products are full of sugar… never mind. I would buy this book again!
