well researched and easy to absorb worth reading if youre interested in letting go of dieting and want a more holistic approach to health and weight loss. I have read a lot of books on diets and the psychology of why people overeat and yo yo diet , and this is a unique approach using a mindful technique. Personally it didnt resonate with me but it is a proven technique that some may find helpful. I prefer Ditching Diets by Gillian Riley , which is somewhat similar but is a more concise read .
Great book, thought provoking and well written Good overview of the application of act to weight related issues. Some new and interesting ideas relative to russ Harris other works, however I would say that if you are familiar with much of the act literature and techniques, especially that contained in russ other books, some of this books content may feel a little repetitive (although it’s always worth a recap!)

Five Stars Really helpful and I liked reading about a different perspective to weight loss.
