Beyond useless! Not a keto book at all and the recipes are based on protien and carbs. I’m shocked that someone would title a book the ultimate guide to keto and then incorrectly state what that is and follow it by recipes that are not keto at all.For anyone who doesnt know, the diet is supposed to be high fat 70-80%, moderate protien 15-20% and low carbs 5-10% and those carbs should come from fibre in veg ect.The ratios in this book are about 50% protien, 25% carbs almost none from fiber and 25% fat for almost all recipes with no suggestions on how to up…
