BRILLIANT LIFE CHANGING! This book is awesome and even for a greedy guts like me it’s achievable. We are vegan and do 4 days off, 3 days on fasting, and skip breakfast every day (see the book breakfast is a dangerous meal by Terence Kealy). I’m not going to lie to you the first week or 2 fasting days are not easy but the body adjusts and after a short while you hardly even notice it. It’s great because you can work it to fit your lifestyle. We found after playing around with it that we just had black coffee (no sugar) in the morning and fizzy water all day then a normal meal in the evening. I even exercise on fast days and find I have more energy, my skin is clearer and my sugar cravings have all but gone.It helps that we eat lots more veg on fast days to really fill up, which also creates a more mindful attitude to food on non fast days too.
