Brilliantly Eye Opening I can’t believe I bought this four years ago and never even looked at it. I have been getting fatter and fatter and could have been getting thinner instead. It was when I recently bought another book about dieting using cognitive behavioural therapy that the penny dropped and I realised it was not what I eat that is the problem but my behaviour towards it. The other book however was very confusing and I searched for better more straightforward easier to comprehend instructions. The beck…

Great strategies for changing habits related to eating well Helping me to stay eating sensibly. I do keto, IF & EF so the small bits of this book refering to “diets” I gloss over. But for hints and strategies for the psychology of sticking to a plan & changing habits & thought patterns, this book has been excellent for me.

Great book to get you in the right mindset Great book, really makes you think, some of the things you read you think that’s so obvious, but it’s things you don’t think until they are pointed out to you, i have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks, and going strong. Would normally have given up on a diet by now in the past. But I feel different this time, this is a great book and I would recommend it to anyone to help you get into the right mindset.
