A really excellent book. I have followed this diet for 8 weeks now and I have lost 18lb. I had tried other diets with little or no success but this really worked for me. I will follow the weight loss programme until I have lost another 7lb and then I can move on to the maintenance programme. A really excellent book.

Good practical information to get you started in giving up sugar. I did it. This was good. Easy to follow….clear explanations and if you like a book with structure and exercises this will work for you. Also some helpful recipes to help you on your way.

Good Book I have enjoyed this book and the recipes. I have lost weight and being diabetic it has brought my blood sugar levels down.
