It’s a planner! Decent planner for the money. Basic and easy to follow. To those that give poor reviews without actually reading what you are buying then look up for some glasses. Its NOT their recipe book. It’s a book to help document your weight loss routine with some recipes thrown in.

Complete waste of money this is mostly blank pages I was interested in finding out what Pinch of Nom was all about. I saw that this was coming out and assumed (incorrectly) that it was the paperback version of the bestselling recipe book. It is not.There are 272 pages in this book and the vast majority of them (approximately 250) are “planners” with blank spaces for the user to write in what they have eaten for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and then a few boxes at the bottom to say what snacks they have had. Great for all diets/healthy eating plans Loving the size of this planner. It’s just right. Plenty of space to write in without being massive and bulky. It’s really good quality too. Will work for whatever diet/healthy eating plan you follow. The extra recipes included look amazing and I can’t wait to try them.
