Tools for success Found this a useful reference and it made for some good reflection and planning how to manage my weight loss. I am at the start of the journey but it has made me shift my mindset and I feel I have a good set of tools to go forward

Good sense The writer is involved with cognitive behaviour and I found that this book supported many of the ideas and theories that are now current in the realm of obesity control – that there is too much choice, that one can get into a routine of eating in certain situations etc. It is thoughtfully written and sensible it its approach. It may not help you overcome weight problems but it provides good support and reassurance.

Superb I have not been able to put this book down. It has been incredibly helpful in helping me gain insight into my eating difficulties and has also motivated me to break the cycle of “I’ll start my diet tomorrow”. I found it really useful to look 5 years into the future and could see that unless I change things right NOW, then I’ll be procrastinating for the rest of my life! I cannot recommend this book highly enough,.
