GREAT Great book using CBT techniques to alleviate needless health worries. Uses a step-by-step approach with exercises to complete. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
Good book Useful book and very helpful as long as you put into practice what it says. I used it along side practising mindfulness and found that both the book and mindfulness practice complimented each other. A good book and worth buying to help with your health anxiety.
