Interesting read This is a great book, I just wish I had got the hard copy and not the kindle version. Lot’s of sensible advice.
A great book on nutrition I really enjoyed reading this book. It is very complete with information on just about everything to do with nutrition and how it affects our health. A few recipes, a few exercises, a few meal plans, everything.It is nice to read and very interesting in general. A good thing I found was that after you finish the book you look at food differently more like a friend that can help you become healthy.
lost 4 stones in 1 year with this book in the year 2000 i agree with this book, it is correct when it says it is a life time change of eating. if you go back to eating the wrong foods the weight goes back on. i needed to recap on things to start again. i highly recommend this book.
