A Well Thought Out And Easy To Follow Book I guess the first thing I wanted to do was to really look at the 1* reviews. Being an author myself I’m very interested in books in the weight loss niche. Decent Techniques There was some text at the start, mostly about nutrition. It was generally common sense though there were a few things that I might not agree with. Also he effectively does talk about diet which seems to contradict the title somewhat.There is a bit of advertising going on for his other books.
