Kenlea I was very eager to read this book to find out what JJ Smith’s expert advice on losing weight. It really wasn’t saying nothing new in the sense of detoxing and eating balanced foods – that I already know. What I really found interesting was that fact that she explained things in an easy to read style which kept me wanting to read more to find out what was in the next chapeter. Informative reading This book would have had 5 stars if more consideration was given to the damage wheat based food forms to our system. Also I dont believe our bodies were created to be sustained by supplements. Other than that a very informative book with vital points on how we really should be eating to live. Lots to take away from this. Thank you JJ.
