Read it! This book is great, a totally different way of looking at weight loss or could be applied to people who want to gain weight, or other things. I’ve found it very useful, a book full of knowledge about how we feel about something and the relationship is what determines the outcome, it’s simple to use and quite astonishing that it can work but since I’ve made the shift myself and lost weight my weight has also remained steady, read it and see what it can do for you!
