Never was easier to understand food I knew little about nutrition and “Macros” but this book gave me the comprehensive knowledge to measure and understand how they work. It will help me to lose weight and gain muscle. The recipes are amazing and very easy to prepare!

Informative and educational read Good for understanding how to work out your macros etc and lose weight or build muscle but recipies are very American and bland.
