Not what I expected I have to say this is one of the most mind-numbingly boring books I have ever read.I had read the author’s book “Fat to Fit” earlier this year and was very impressed with a lot of the advice given.I decided to purchase “Dieting Makes You Fat” on the strength of that book. Big mistake.
