read it over and over again. couldnt recommend more! I have been wanting to lose weight for a while and wondered if all the‘tailor made diets’ were worthwhile or not. This book was easy to read andeasy to understand. I learned that cutting down your food isn’t alwaysthe best solution and you can still lose weight while eating your favouritethings. I also discovered that you should still consume the amount ofcalories that you should have and not restrict and starve yourself.
