Easy to understand – Excellent recommended course reading The exact tome you need if you are studying level 3 Eat (education and training). Guides you through each module and gives you plenty of bases sources from which you can further your research. As an L&D workplace training professional, it gave me an insight into academic teacher training skills and how they develop their abilities.
