Loving these recipes! Following this keto stuff has not been too easy for me but when you hear these things about losing a pound a day you start to think it’s really expensive :p This book clearly sets out the ‘how to’ of losing a stone or more in two weeks or less, wonderful!A new range of desserts for me to consider as well, some excellent cookies too, certainly recommend those! 🙂
