Great book for those who are passionate about baking Great book for those who are passionate about baking.It explains a lot of different techniques and has plenty of recipes to keep you occupied for months.Only negative point that I have about this book is that many of the recipes are in rather large quantities which makes it a little less convenient for home bakers who just want to make 1 batch of a certain thing.

Vast amounts of recipes and knowledge, but not the best After using this book and trying a decent amount of different recipes, the results have been underwhelming. I really thought the recipes would have been nicer but so far my other cheaper baking books have far exceeded the recipes in this one.Reccomend this to learn, not because all the recipes are fantastic.Again there are so many that possibly it was simply me picking ones I didn’t like.

Worth the penny Wonderful detailed easy-to-understand instructions even for beginners. Massive amount of recipes. Totally recommended.
