Not just another boring old recipe book centring around vegetables (mainly) Eight years in the making and, technically, about VEG, there are one or two sweet surprises twixt the covers too, along with informative reference sections, e.g. LET’S CHAT ABOUT CHEESE, which includes a handy list of veggie cheeses or KNOWING YOUR FATS, to name a couple.With the current half price encouragement, it is undoubtedly good value for the chunky tome, IMO, and I am really looking forward to the TV series of the same name.The book carries a tribute to the late JOHN…

Could not wait to order….glad I did. I saw Jamie being interviewed some months ago where he mentioned this book was coming, and I made sure I downloaded first thing on launch day. I am probably a flexitarian, but actually prefer eating vegetarian or vegan meals left to my own devices, but I cook for a family who want more satisfaction from these type of meals. Having read through the recipes today I have earmarked many to try straight away, that I know will go down well with the more reluctant flexitarians in the family. I love…
