A few favourites in here I love Indian Cuisine and I am very excited to try out the recipes In here, chicken Tikka Masala and Biryani are first on my list. The beginning of the book was the most interesting as it delves into ancient Indian culture and origins of some of our favourite recipes. Definitely a must have book. 👍🏻

I’ve never expected that I’ll be able to cook indian food We used to eat indian food only in take away. Bought this book hoping I will be able to prepare some of my favourite Indian meals in my kitchen. Good decision, as I’ve already done few recipes and they came out delicious. Recipes are well explained and finally I’ve learn how to “play” with spices and ingredient to make tasty Indian food.
