Complete comprehensive diabetes guide My husbands family are diabetic and this book has been an excellent guide to helping me understand what diabetes type 1 and 2 are and the difference between them. It also explains what foods to eat and what foods to avoid.Great selection of recipes which really help diabetics. My faves were the pancakes, Moroccan chicken, pecan pie and lava cake. You can’t tell you’re not having sugar with these kind of recipes . Excellent book
