Brilliant!! I am so looking forward to cooking lots of recipes from this book. As a Turkish person I felt incredibly proud when I read the stories behind most of the food I grew up eating without knowing the origins. This is an amazing treasure to own, especially if you live abroad. Highly recommend this book!
