Duck rigatoni is delicious!! I watch the show most weeks and was pleased to see this released! The day after this book arrived, duck rigatoni was served for dinner and will now be a staple dish in my family!! The book is easy to read and recipes easy to follow. Although you will want to have a bit of flair to make some of the dishes, you don’t have to be a Michelin chef!!
