Easy to follow This book offers a better understanding of the food around the med and has lots of excellent recipes to follow. It has a plethora of recipes, so there will be something to suit all tastes. The 30 day meal plan is something we are particular interested in as one of the biggest obstacles in eating healthier and trying to loose weight is the “what are we going to have for dinner” conversation when no one can think of anything other than the “usual thing”. Looking forward to the new regime.

Fresh and Fun Recipes! This is a recipe book and so much more! I enjoyed the overview of the Mediterranean diet, as well as tips on how to get started. However, the vast amount of recipes, geared at all meals of the day is truly the heart of this book. The roasted stuffed eggplant is divine. And you can’t go wrong with the no-bake mint chocolate chip cookies!
