Great Low-carbon recipes I am on the diet recently and carbs such as flour and white sugar are absolutely two of my biggest enemies. This book tells me the definition of the low carb in a very interesting way, discussing the histoy of low carbs and gives me the complete introduction of carbs in our daily life.
