a very good book for both Adults and children. A nice simple book for children to start planting and growing vegetables. It has a step by step guide on how to cook a dish using the vegetable.it has shown them how to grow.It tell children enough to keep them interested, but does not overdo the information, so they get bored.I got it to find out why my veg do not grow in my garden and I am retired.
