Wonderful Fabulous book full of information and recipes I wish I had known about 50 years ago. This book has helped me convert to wholefood, plant-based eating, and ,like many of the other people who have reviewed it , I can honestly say that my physical and mental health have improved dramatically. Can’t rate this book too highly
