Broadened my understanding The introduction is very good. It explains many extras in addition to what keto diet is such as the things to be careful of which occur while taking this diet. It also details how to avoid or how to deal with these situations making it very helpful

Excellent recipes BBQ shredded beef sandwich and a Salmon Curry, these are the types of recipes in this book, need I say more. I start my healthy food/personal Trainer journey to weight loss next week and have being buying a ton of books to prepare, the Keto diet ones are by far my favourite as they just seem like ordinary cook books, it doesn’t feel like diet food and that’s what I love about them.

More to add to the keto list. I’ve done keto for a while now but I’m getting increasingly bored of the same old recipes as I’m very picky about the food being easy and quick to make. Some of the recipes in here meet my criteria which is great and I definitely recommend trying some of them!
