Fab book This is an excellent book. Great explanation of what to eat and what to avoid and some wonderful looking recipes. Not tried any yet as it only arrived yesterday, but they seem easy and look really delicious. I’m not diabetic but I do follow a low carb way of eating and this book will be very useful. Thank you!
Clinically proven to work I was already following another diabetes diet although I don’t have diabetes. My weight loss had stopped and I had gained some which wasn’t shifting. This book has showed me why. The introduction confirms that it works because it gives clinical evidence.
