Very detailed!! This book is extremely detailed and informative! It’s starts out with an introduction of Mediterranean food. It follows this with lots of great, delicious recipes! Highly recommend this book.
Great informative book for beginners. This books explains everything about the Mediterranean diet that you will need to know. Foods mainly eaten in this diet, are plant based, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts. fish and eggs in moderation. Meat takes very little part in this diet. A little physical activity is required to work alongside the diet itself……a simple walk will do! The book has loads of tasty recipes, which definitely won’t leave you feeling hungry. Fab book!
Easy Mediterranean cuisine to keep fit It is always a pleasure to try cuisine from different countries to keep dieting and not getting bored of same kind of recipes looping. Ingredients can be found easily in supermarket which makes it an advantage to keep following instructions inside the book.
