Brilliant recipes and meal plan! It’s labelled for beginners and the recipes definitely match up to that. The recipes are all straightforward and easy to make. They sound delicious and there’s a few I have bookmarked to try. It’s a really helpful guide and even explains the ins and outs of keto and keto foods to eat or avoid. I recommend it.
