Rosa’s Thai Cafe. Born in the East. Raised in the East End., In keeping with its contemporary twist on authentic Thai cuisine (sometimes based on western ingredients), Rosa’s Thai Cafe celebrates traditional Thai cooking techniques and features over 100 recipes, including dishes from the menu at Rosa’s as well as family favourites and regional dishes from founder Saiphin Moore’s regular trips back home. Recipes range from the aromatic Beef Massaman Curry to the Soft Shell Crab Salad, Larb Spring Rolls, homemade Sriracha Sauce and Mangoes with Sticky Rice.

Wok to table Thai dishes. Recipes seem quite simple, lots of prep and washing up as everything measured out into little bowls before you start which isn’t me at all. I wanted ideas for make ahead dishes as I have a Thai dinner party for 12 coming up and didn’t want to be in the kitchen instead of with my guests. All these recipes are for 2 and most are cook and serve immediately. Rosa advises if you are making for a group make several batches of 2 servings in order to keep the food fresh and crisp. Simple Authentic Thai I read the reviews on here and my dad loves this book. It has simple but authentic Thai food which my entire family loves. Honestly would say buy it.
