Pretty good As a stand alone book, if you have no other similar books, then this is pretty good with some reasonable ideas. If you are a vegetarian or a vegan then you should look elsewhere as most recipes will be unsuitable (although there are a few vegetarian substitutes noted). There are probably a few too many chicken recipes for my liking and a few too many including noodles. For a ‘healthy’ recipe book quite a lot of processed meats, particularly chorizo, appear. Waste of money don’t bother Almost every single recipe has crazy ingredients that you will struggle to find and only use once for the particular recipe you are trying to make. Making them 30 minute expensive meals that fill your kitchen with ingredients you’ll never use again. It is cheaper to go to a restaurant
