Impressive I enjoy cooking so this book is ideal for me. If you like routine, you can build a set menu for the week, but itâs not laid out like that and you may be disappointed.I didnât find the sample that appealing but as the Kindle edition was at such a low price, I gave it a go. Strange recipes. This book is great if you’re really into your healthy food, but if you’re just looking to cut down a little bit then this book is not for you. It seems like it goes to the extremes of healthy eating with really uncommon ingredients. I’ve watched alot of Gordon Ramsay and he usally makes greate tasting foods with a healthy twist but not this time. Personally it’s not for me but i can see why some would like this book.
