Great for all the family.. Literally brought this book because it had an interesting cover (I know, I knowâ¦â¦) that is completely made up information, The Author claims to be a chef of Chinese cuisine (not actually true, he claims to have a love of Chinese cuisine!) His expertise comes from working with his family, mainly his father in the family run Chinese takeaway, a student of passion handed down through 3 generations of WAN!
