Praiseworthy book This book has a great layout, with the ingredients, instructions and descriptions all very distinct and easy to distinguish. Virtually every recipe, apart from the most simple ones, has a photograph, occasionally even stretching to two pages. In some books it can seem that there are too many photographs just to fill space, but this one seems to have the balance just about right.I have bought a number of vegetarian/vegan and healthy eating cookbooks over the years and I appreciate…

My most used and recommended recipe book I’m a big foodie and own about 40 recipe books that I’ve collected over the years. Overrated This book is the most overrated book as a cook book. Some of the problems with this book:1. Doesn’t section off different types a mains, usual cook books separate the content by type of meal e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as having additional content, this book does not.2. Too many calories, if you’re counting calories for dieting restrictions this book isn’t for you.3. Not a lot of variable dishes/ repeat themes of mains. E.g. Too many complex carbohydrates dishes…
