Simple, but very versatile A slim book, just twelve pages long, with one short sentence per page. Short and sweet Weâre huge fans of Tim Hopgoodâs books, but have been a little disappointed by this rather short offering. Ned is a very likeable hedgehog on a journey to find somewhere to hibernate, but I feel even my 2 year old wanted the story to expand further. Super tale of Ned the hedgehog! Ideal autumn/winter themed book for my EYFS group. Very simple and short story line with repeating phrases and lots of lovely sensory opportunities to make it motivating and exciting.
