THE book for everyone who wants to be the best parent that they can be. I found this book a really enjoyable and hugely helpful. It’s really well written and organised, with personal experience and behavioural suggestions, and I found within it both ideas for myself and turning around my own mindset (especially in a work situation, which can be hard to deal with!) as well how to aid my children when they meet set backs, in any sort of situation. Does what it says in the tin! I have a 13 year old son, and I am trying for him to develop more self confidence and “gives things a go”.
