Essential read for students and managers I got this book as it is on my reading list for my MBA.Arrived on time, all shiny and new. Then my daughters puppy went and chewed the corner, so it’s not looking so shiny and new anymore. But that’s ok, it’s still readable and obviously no fault of the seller😉…anyone working in management should have a copy of this handy- you might learn something 👍🏼
