Luminous. A must read. Greeneâs narrative which takes us through the agony of parent grief is so delicately but compellingly written that one feels one has travelled a little of the road he has, had our souls scoured by the pain but also experience the extraordinary miracle of human recovery and continuity in the face of such an event. Luminous. A MUST READ. Dont shy away because it is painful. Expand your own soul by following Greeneâs journey.
A beautiful memoir A beautifully written and powerful memoir about grief and loss. I felt compelled to write a review because I was so moved by it – best book Iâve read in a while. Some of Jaysonâs reflections on grief spoke so deeply to me, I felt he was inside my own mind. The only thing Iâd say is if youâre going through or have gone through something similar this book may be difficult to read.
A privelige to share the depths of human nature, with a heartwarming end, or beginning. Such a touching, well written tribute to a little daughter lost so soon. I was gripped by the way in which a father told his story so tenderly, yet graphically.
