Second hand news… I am a huge fan of Stevie Nicks and was very excited to see this book published. However, although it is a detailed account, nonetheless, it is not really any different to the several books out there on the star. I think only a book written by Stevie herself would really appeal to her fans now and give the real story into her fantastic life. That said, I did enjoy it. Would be a good starting point for any fan new to her music and FM.

A little talent goes a long way I’m giving this 5 stars as it’s immaculately researched and well written. I’d give it 2 if it was for likeability. It’s hard to imagine that Rumours – the soundtrack to my formative years – was written as a result of their hatred for each other. And boy, did they hate each other. Nicks and Buckingham had a ridiculously childish battle over who was the most talented and seemed to be extremely spoilt individuals.
