Bible Thumping Trash It seems like a lot of creative self help books are written by extremely devout Christians. I made it to page 40 before I became supremely disenchanted with this book. Some of the highlights: masturbation is wrong. Don’t commit adultery. Social anxiety and prescription medicine are inventions to waste time. A weird five page thinly veiled rant about the bombing of the World Trade Centre. Flipped ahead to the last few pages: “Your soul is immortal and everything that exists is God in some form.”…

Procrastination! If you procrastinate or for one reason or another cannot get down to doing what you want to do this book will help you get on track. It also interestingly analyses why we put off doing things and the reasons for resisting doing them and how we rationalize not getting down to the tasks we want to do.

Waste of money and time. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews… Would give zero stars if I could. A narrow minded author that makes alot of RIDICULOUS claims without anything to back it up. Actually angered me. A wishy washy badly constructed book that preaches about religious views throughout and makes extremley irrational claims that certain mental health disorders have been made up by marketing companies etc.
