I am in love with this book! Stunningly beautiful, practical, step by step guidance for recipes novices like me (until recently) could only dream of creating. Also sections on preserving and fermenting which I didnât realise were in here before buying and was delighted to find. Canât give enough praise for this beautiful guide.
Stunning photography, delicious recipes Stunning photography, this is a book I have out on display in my kitchen and guests always stop and admire it. I’m also working my way through the many fabulous recipes. The rice paper rolls were super tasty, as too is the carrot and pineapple slaw. The recipes are easy to follow and taste delicious.
Very impressed I’ve been waiting for this book a long time and finally its here. It is full of colourful and delicious recipes. The instructions are easy to follow and the photography is excellent. Im very happy i’ve bought it and im so excited to start making these recipes for myself and my family. They look amazing.
