Definitely one for fans of the film at least, help support a wonderful, hugely underrated film and studio! Plenty of great art! Definitely recommended for fans of the film of course but also good for people who are interested in concept art, animation, papercraft (origami), Japanese culture etc potentially. It does have a fair amount of text that describes the concept and production of the film as well as the history of the studio and people involved from the looks of it? Doesn’t have enough model art The Boxtrolls book was great – lots of sets and info about the models and the design process. This one is just lots of digital pictures of the concept art. Maybe was made in a bit of a rush?

Honestly, if u like looking at behind the scenes/ concept pieces I would recommend this piece. Probs my fave art book that I own. :)It also came in good condition and quite quickly!
